Cancellation & Refund
At Meghalaya's Finest, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible shopping experience. We understand that there may be times when you need to cancel your order or request a refund, and we are here to help.
Cancellation Policy:
If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so within 24 hours of placing the order. Please contact our customer service team at smokyjackshg@gmail.com to initiate the cancellation process. We will process your cancellation request and refund your payment as per our refund policy.
Refund Policy:
We offer a 100% refund on all orders that are cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. If you cancel your order after 24 hours, we may not be able to provide a full refund, as we may have already processed and shipped your order.
In case of a defective or damaged product, we offer a full refund or replacement. Please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the product and provide us with a photo of the damaged product along with your order number. We will process your refund or replacement request as soon as possible.
Please note that all refunds will be issued to the original payment method used to place the order. It may take up to 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
We reserve the right to refuse any refund request if we suspect fraudulent activity or if we believe that the customer is abusing our cancellation and refund policy.
