We, at SMOKY JACK have been working on developing various food products from Jackfuit. Creating food from this awesome superfood tree crop is our aim, so that there will be a decrease in wastage each year and hlped producing food products which is rich in vitamins and fibre, low in calories and carbohydrate, at low cost.

Since our first work with Jackfruit in 2019, we came out with difference products like Jackolate which is a confectionery product from Jackfruit seeds. Jackoffee, wich is a coffee-like drink from roasted Jackfruit seeds and our Trademarked product, JACK TIKKI, which make this a healthy substitue to Indian food, Aloo Tikki.

The JACK TIKKI has lower calories, lower carbohydrate, rich in vitamins and dietary fribre.
